This page explains what Denver Moving Works does with the information you hand us through denvermoving.online. It is short on purpose, because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Anything you type into the quote form: name, phone number, email, addresses, move date, home size and the notes field.
- Anything you type into the chat widget, along with the page you were on when you opened it.
- Standard server and analytics data: IP address, browser type, referring page and the pages you viewed.
Why we collect it
To call you back with a quote, to schedule and complete your move, to send the invoice and receipt, and to answer follow-up questions afterwards. We also use aggregate traffic data to see which pages are useful and which are not.
Who sees it
Our own dispatch and crew leads, plus the service providers we use to run the business: the hosting provider serving this site, the chat platform that receives form submissions and messages, and the payment processor that handles card transactions. Each sees only what it needs.
We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to lead-generation networks or other moving companies. If a building or property manager requires a certificate of insurance, we share only what their form asks for.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that never became jobs are cleared out after about twelve months. Completed job records, invoices and receipts are kept as long as tax and carrier rules require, then deleted.
Cookies
The site sets a small local preference so it remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme. The chat widget sets its own cookie so a conversation survives a page reload. Analytics cookies, if present, are used only in aggregate. You can clear or block all of these in your browser without breaking the site.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold on you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@denvermoving.online or call (720) 538-4624 and we will handle it within thirty days. If you asked for a quote and changed your mind, say so and the record goes away.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging a move. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page rather than made quietly.
