Nobody moves an office to be pleasant. You move it so Monday works. We schedule around your last logout and hand the space back before the first person badges in.

Commercial work is a scheduling problem more than a lifting problem. Most of our office jobs start after 6pm or on a Saturday, because that is when both buildings will give up a freight elevator and a loading dock without a fight. We coordinate the dock times, send certificates of insurance to both property managers, and arrive with the paperwork already accepted.
Everything gets labeled before it gets lifted. Desks, monitors, chairs and file boxes are tagged by destination room or seat number, so unloading is placement instead of a pile in the lobby. If you have a floor plan, send it; we number the rooms to match and the crew works from the same sheet you do.
Monitors, docks, printers and network gear travel wrapped, in bins, and in sequence. We unplug and coil cables per workstation, bag them with the machine they belong to, and keep the server rack for last and first — last off the old floor, first onto the new one, so IT can start bringing things up while we are still carrying chairs.
Cubicles and conference tables get disassembled and rebuilt by the same crew, which matters because they know which panel came off first. Files, storage cabinets and anything with a lock get moved locked and sealed. If you need a certificate naming your landlord, your property manager and your parent company, send the exact wording — we have seen every variation the Denver Tech Center produces.
That is how most of our commercial jobs run. Friday evening load, Saturday placement, Sunday for IT to bring things up. There is no weekend surcharge on the hourly rate.
Yes, standard panel systems and benching come apart and go back together with the same crew. Send photos of the connectors in advance so we bring the right hardware.
We carry cargo coverage and every machine is wrapped and bagged, but high-value equipment should also be listed on your own policy. We will give you a written inventory of what we transported.
Tell us the address, the floor and what is heavy. We will give you the crew size and the hours on the call.
