We ask about all three on the quote call, because a long carry or a tight staircase is real billable time and it should be in the estimate rather than in a conversation at the end of the day.

Denver is charged exactly like Denver proper — $145 an hour for two movers and a 26-foot truck, $195 for three, $245 for four, with a 3-hour minimum and blankets, shrink wrap, dollies, straps and basic tools already on board. We do not bill a travel fee to get to you, and we do not add fuel at the end.
If your building or HOA wants a certificate of insurance, send us the manager's email and the exact naming they require; it usually goes out the same afternoon. If you are moving out of Denver and into another city on our list, nothing about the pricing changes — the drive between the two addresses is simply part of the billed hours.
